Fund your NGN wallet by bank transfer
Use your dedicated deposit details and verify the recorded credit.
Use this journey to fund the NGN wallet, including before an NGN-funded EGP purchase. It is separate from Top-Up Collateral in the merchant desk and from a manual merchant payment.
Make the deposit
- Open Wallet and find your dedicated NGN deposit account.
- In your Nigerian banking or payment app, start a transfer to the exact account number and bank shown by PayTali.
- Check that the resolved recipient matches the displayed Account Name. Review any fee the payment provider shows before approving.
- Complete the transfer in that app and retain the receipt and provider reference.
- Return to PayTali Wallet. Refresh and check both the balance and Transaction History for the confirmed credit.
What to expect
The wallet is credited after the incoming payment is confirmed and recorded. Processing charges can appear as separate entries, so net available funds can differ from the amount sent. This guide does not guarantee a fixed fee or crediting time.
If money was debited but no credit appears
Do not immediately repeat the transfer. Check the sending provider’s final status, the recipient account and your PayTali history, then follow the missing-deposit guide. Keep wallet deposits separate from order payments so support can identify the right reference.
