Use Quick Match
Let PayTali select an eligible offer and create an order for your chosen amount.
Quick Match selects an eligible offer for your corridor, direction and amount. It creates an order when a match succeeds; it is not just a price calculator. Prepare payment funds before starting.
Start a match
- Open P2P and choose Quick Match.
- Confirm the corridor, trade direction and spend amount in the Quick Match dialog.
- Review the selection and start the match using its primary action.
- If successful, the app opens the created order. Check the locked rate, amount and status.
- Follow that order’s payment or payout step. An NGN-funded EGP purchase uses your wallet; do not pay the merchant again.
When payout details are needed
The current web Quick Match input does not collect the EGP payout-destination fields present in the individual-offer form. If you need to specify a personal wallet or kiosk, use Browse Ads Manually and place the order from an offer. Do not assume Quick Match saved or supplied those details.
No Direct Match Found
Choose Adjust Amount, Browse Ads Manually or Try Again. There may be no active offer with enough capacity for your amount. Changing the amount does not bypass verification or balance checks. After a timeout, inspect Orders before retrying to avoid starting a second trade.
If the issue continues, contact PayTali support with the relevant order or payment reference and the error message. Never include your password, verification codes, full BVN or full NIN.
