Electronic Communications and Consent Policy
1. Consent to Electronic Communications
By registering for an account, accessing the Paytali website, or utilizing the mobile application, you explicitly consent to receive all communications, notices, disclosures, agreements, fee schedules, tax statements, and transaction confirmations (collectively, "Communications") electronically from [Paytali Technologies Ltd. / Operating Entity] ("Paytali").
Because Paytali is a fully digital peer-to-peer exchange matching platform, your agreement to receive Communications electronically is a mandatory condition of opening and maintaining an active account.
2. Methods of Electronic Delivery
Communications may be delivered to you via any of the following digital channels:
- Email: Transmitted to your primary verified email address associated with your Clerk user profile;
- SMS / Mobile Messaging: Transmitted to your verified mobile telephone number for one-time verification passwords (OTP) and urgent order security alerts;
- In-App Notifications & Dashboard Alerts: Displayed within your web or mobile transaction dashboard, order activity feed, or dispute notification center;
- Website Notices: Published publicly on the Paytali website (including banner announcements and policy updates).
3. Legal Validity & Electronic Signatures
You agree that all electronic Communications provided to you satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your electronic actions—including clicking "Confirm Order", "I Have Paid", "Confirm Receipt", checking agreement boxes, or submitting digital identity documents—constitute your legally binding electronic signature, holding the exact same legal validity, enforceability, and weight as a handwritten wet-ink signature under the Egyptian E-Signature Law (Law No. 15 of 2004), the Nigerian Evidence Act 2011 (Section 84 & 93), and international electronic commerce standards.
4. Hardware & Software Requirements
To receive, access, and retain electronic Communications, you must maintain:
- A mobile device running a supported operating system (iOS 15+ or Android 10+) or a personal computer with an active Internet connection;
- A modern web browser supporting 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.3 (e.g., current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge);
- An active, verified email account with sufficient storage to receive notifications;
- Sufficient device storage or printing capabilities to download and retain transaction receipts and agreements.
5. Updating Your Contact Details & Withdrawing Consent
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate, active, and accessible primary email address and mobile phone number. If you change your email address or phone number, you must immediately update your profile credentials in the platform settings. Paytali is not responsible for missed order notifications resulting from out-of-date contact records.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting support@paytali.com. However, because our service operates exclusively in a digital environment, withdrawing consent will result in the immediate closure of your account and cessation of all trading privileges.
