Use PayTali on the web or mobile app
Know which navigation and workflow differences to expect on each platform.
PayTali has a responsive website and a separate native app implementation. The same account can be used to sign in, but screen names and the actions offered are not identical.
Choose the matching instructions
- Web: use dashboard navigation for P2P, Wallet, Orders and Verification & Accounts. Merchant management is available through Sell and the merchant desk.
- Native app: use P2P, Wallet, Orders and Accounts in the bottom tab bar. Pull down in the order list to refresh it.
- Web payment proof: choose a file in the upload dialog. Native payment proof: choose an image through the device photo picker and allow access when requested.
- Web linked accounts: add or remove Nigerian bank accounts in Verification & Accounts. The native Accounts screen additionally provides an Add action for Egyptian wallets.
- Native order chat opens as a separate chat view; the website displays chat alongside an order when space permits.
Before installing or switching devices
- Open the PayTali app page for the published download information. Do not install a file sent by an unknown person.
- Sign in using your existing account. Do not register again to find an earlier trade.
- Open Orders and verify that you are viewing the correct account before taking a payment action.
When a control is missing
Use the platform named in the guide. Do not assume that a native control exists on the website. If needed, use the web route linked in the article and contact support with your platform and app version. Native screenshots and store availability must be confirmed separately; browser screenshots are not native-app screenshots.
