Find P2P, Wallet, Orders and your account
Understand the dashboard navigation and the separate merchant experience.
After signing in, use the dashboard navigation to move between exchange offers, your funds and your orders. Access depends on your account and merchant status.
On the website
- P2P opens the exchange marketplace, including corridor selection, direction, filters and Quick Match.
- Wallet shows your NGN balance, deposit account and wallet activity.
- Orders opens your order history. Select an order to inspect its current payment or payout step.
- Verification & Accounts shows identity status, your dedicated NGN deposit account and linked withdrawal accounts.
- Sell opens merchant onboarding for an ordinary account. Approved merchants can open their merchant desk; pending or rejected applications show their status.
On a small browser screen
Use the dashboard menu to reveal navigation when the sidebar is hidden. The mobile website still uses web pages and dialogs; it is different from the installed native app.
On the native app
The bottom tabs are P2P, Wallet, Orders and Accounts. Accounts contains verification, linked accounts, merchant access and Sign Out of Paytali. Use Orders to reopen a trade instead of starting another one.
If a page is unavailable
Check that you are signed in. A merchant-only screen requires approval; signing in again does not grant that permission. If a page cannot load, keep any order reference and use the troubleshooting guide.
