Read order and account notifications
Use the web notification bell and return to the underlying order for current status.
The web dashboard’s notification bell lists account and trade updates. An alert is a prompt to inspect the underlying order or account; it is not proof that a payment has arrived.
Read notifications on the web
- Open the dashboard notification bell.
- Choose All or Unread and open the relevant notification.
- Follow its order or account destination and check the current status there.
- Use the read controls to clear notices you have reviewed. Marking a notice read does not confirm receipt or settle an order.
Browser permissions
If the dashboard offers a browser-notification permission action, choose whether to allow it. Permission being granted does not guarantee background delivery; browser, device and server configuration affect delivery. Keep checking Orders during an active trade.
If an alert is missing or late
Reopen the order and refresh the notification list. Check browser permission settings if you chose to enable them. Do not repeat a payment or wait for an email before verifying a visible order status. No native notification-center parity or guaranteed email/push delivery is claimed by this guide.
If the issue continues, contact PayTali support with the relevant order or payment reference and the error message. Never include your password, verification codes, full BVN or full NIN.
