View merchant privileges and performance
Inspect your displayed level and restrictions without assuming automatic promotion.
The merchant privileges page presents the account’s level and performance information. A level label is not a substitute for available capacity or the status of an individual offer.
Inspect your account
- Open the merchant desk and choose Privileges & Tier.
- Read your displayed level, performance metrics and any probation or restriction message.
- Compare those restrictions with your active offers and open orders.
- Contact merchant support if the level, collateral requirement or permitted ads disagree with the desk. Keep a record of the conflicting screens before changing funds.
Promotion and probation
The code includes performance-based restrictions and advertiser levels. The approved policy and older interface values are still being reconciled. This guide does not publish a numerical promotion schedule, promise a badge after a deposit or guarantee automatic resumption of paused ads.
If access is denied
Check that the merchant application is approved and that you are signed in to the right account. If the page fails to load, retry once and contact support. Buyer access does not grant merchant or administrator permissions.
If the issue continues, contact PayTali support with the relevant order or payment reference and the error message. Never include your password, verification codes, full BVN or full NIN.
